1. Acceptance and eligibility
Effective August 21, 2026. These terms govern use of the Nthbe App, website, account, VPN service and Mesh features provided by Puzzing Labs Inc. By creating an account, purchasing service time or using Nthbe, you agree to these terms and the published Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not use Nthbe if doing so is prohibited where you are located.
2. Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not share access in a way that defeats plan or security controls. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and authorized devices. Notify us through the contact form if you believe an account or device identity has been compromised.
3. Authorized and acceptable use
Use Nthbe only for lawful purposes and only to access devices, accounts, services and networks that you own or are authorized to use. You must not use the service to scan or attack remote systems, distribute malware, send abusive traffic, evade access controls, infringe rights, interfere with service operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Automated abuse controls may block destinations, protocols or patterns associated with scanning, exploitation, spam or attacks. These controls do not transfer responsibility for your activity to Puzzing Labs.
4. Plans, purchases and refunds
Available duration, price, platform and payment method are shown before purchase. Eligible service time is applied to the authenticated Nthbe account. Apple in-app purchases are processed by Apple; website purchases are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Where a completed purchase is not reflected, use the account purchase recovery feature or contact support with the account and transaction details. Refund availability and processing follow the applicable storefront rules, payment-provider rules and any refund terms displayed at purchase.
5. Network and Mesh responsibility
Network performance depends on your device, local network, selected gateway, remote destination and third-party infrastructure. If you publish a Mesh device or subnet, you confirm that you are authorized to expose that resource to the authenticated account and are responsible for selecting routes, gateway priority and primary or standby state.
Do not publish a shared, workplace or third-party network without permission. A relay path may carry encrypted Mesh traffic when a direct path is unavailable.
6. Software, updates and platform permissions
Nthbe may require an Apple VPN configuration, Network Extension or macOS system extension. Platform approval is controlled by Apple and by the device owner. Keep the App reasonably current because security, protocol and service changes may make older versions incompatible.
You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use Nthbe for its intended purpose. Nthbe names, software, interfaces and website content remain the property of Puzzing Labs or their respective licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access to every gateway, destination, route or third-party service. Maintenance, network failures, platform restrictions, legal requirements and security events can affect availability. We may change endpoints, features or compatibility requirements to operate and protect the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend traffic or accounts that create security risk, violate these terms, consume resources abusively, remain unpaid or must be restricted by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using Nthbe and delete your account from Settings.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
Nthbe is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for backups, endpoint security, destination authorization and the consequences of routing traffic through devices or networks you control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
